Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your Picquic products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are:

  • Damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Missing parts or bits
  • Not returned in their original packaging
  • Returned without the original packing slip
  • Returned after the 14-day return window has passed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or defective, we will help arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
