Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across Canada:

  • Orders under $75 CAD: Flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 CAD
  • Orders of $75 CAD or more: Free shipping

Shipping Carriers

We fulfill orders using Shopify Shipping and may ship through various carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and other available services.

The carrier selected for your order may vary depending on destination, package size, and service availability.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier but generally range from 2–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages resulting from incorrect address information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist with a resolution whenever possible.
