All Picquic products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship as long as you own them, and will be either repaired or replaced free of charge in the event of legitimate failure. Our products are not guaranteed in the event of abuse, misuse or neglect, which means you must only use the product for its intended purpose and ensure it is properly stored while not in use. i.e.: Our screwdrivers are only intended for driving screws and not to be used as chisels, and some metal parts will rust if kept in damp locations.

Because the bits in Picquic screwdrivers and Bitpacs are made to function in power driven applications, they can wear over time, and are not subject to this guarantee. This exclusion also applies to accessories we produce, such as the detachable shanks that come with our Super 8 Plus drivers.

Should your Picquic product ever fail, please return the product to the retailer where it was purchased.  If that is not possible, you are welcome to call us @ 604·261·3766 or fax us Toll Free @ 1·800·789·0222, describe your problem to us, and arrange either a repair or replacement unit. You are also welcome to mail the defective unit directly to Picquic Tool Company @ #110 - 8383 Manitoba St, Vancouver, BC, Canada V5X 3A9, at which time we will assess the problem and then send the repaired unit or appropriate replacement to you. Our goal is to manufacture products as close to perfection as possible; your returned products are extremely important to our research and development team, as this helps us to analyze and correct any recurring problems.
